Think you pet has star qualities?

Send us your favourite photo of your pet and if it gets voted in it could make it into the 2014 CareVets calendar.

To enter just go to our Facebook page, like us and follow the instructions to upload your photo.

Each month the best 6 photos will be put up on Facebook for voting and the top two will win a $50 CareVets voucher to spend in store.

Photos need to include a companion animal, be clear and in focus, ideally be landscape and have a resolution of 300dpi.

If you have a photo you want included that is not electronic and you don’t have access to a scanner please post them to:

By entering your photo in this competition you are accepting that CareVets can use this photo for the calendar and for promotional purposes.


Here are some of the entries we have received so far.


Terms & Conditions

  • Competition runs from 1 January 2013 until 30 June 2013.
  • Participants are required to email images of pets to to enter.
  • Required image size is of a minimum 300 dpi resolution.
  • Six finalists will be chosen by the CareVets staff each month to be voted on by the public via the CareVets Facebook page.
  • Two winners will be chosen each month – determined by the two images with the highest number of votes.
  • The two winners each month will each receive a $50 voucher to spend instore at any CareVets clinic.
  • The photos chosen to be published in the 2014 CareVets calendar will be confirmed by a panel from CareVets.
  • There is no guarantee the monthly winners gain automatic right to be published in the 2014 CareVets calendar.
  • The CareVets panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Monthly prizes may not be exchanged for cash.
  • The monthly winners will be announced on the CareVets Facebook page.
  • It is the winner’s responsibility to contact CareVets and provide contact details for the delivery of the voucher.
  • Participants must submit images of their own pets or have permission from the pet’s owner to participate.
  • Any copyright infringements may be followed up with the Intellectual Property Office.
