1. Terms of Sale
    1. Carevets Limited (“Carevets”) contracts to sell and supply Products on these standard terms and conditions (“the terms”) only. By placing or confirming an order with Carevets, the Customer accepts the terms.
    2. Anything to the contrary in the Customer’s enquiries, orders or confirmations will not apply.
  2. Orders cannot be cancelled
    1. The Customer may not cancel or vary an order once it has been placed.
  3. Payment
    1. The Customer will pay the agreed price on ordering the Products.
    2. Unless otherwise stated all prices include GST, which, if payable, is payable by the Customer.
    3. Unless otherwise stated freight and packaging is payable by the Customer.
  4. No Warranty
    1. Under no circumstances is Carevets liable for any claim, action, demand, suit, loss, legal fee or other cost or expense of any kind whether directly or indirectly arising from the use or inability to use any Products supplied by Carevets.
    2. Where conditions, warranties or other rights for the benefit of the Customer are implied or given by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other laws and it is not lawful or possible to exclude them, then such conditions, warranties or other rights shall (but only to the extent required by law) apply, but save as aforesaid all such implied conditions, warranties and rights are hereby excluded.
    3. To the extent that under any such laws Carevets may limit its liability for breach of implied conditions and warranties, Carevets’s liability for any breach of any such condition or warranty shall be so limited. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, subject to the qualifications in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or in other such laws, Carevets’s liability for any breach of any such implied condition or warranty shall be limited to the replacement of the Products or the supply of equivalent Products.
    4. Save as provided in clause 4.3 above and notwithstanding any implication arising from any other clauses in this document, Carevets shall not be liable to the Customer or any person claiming under it in contract or in tort for, or in respect of, any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, expense or injury suffered by the Customer or any other person whatsoever, arising out of, in connection with or relating to the performance non-performance or any breach of this agreement (including by way of illustration and not in limitation, liability due to the negligence or wilful default of Carevets) or any matter relating to this agreement or any matter relating to this agreement or any error (whether negligent or not) in information supplied to the Customer before or after the date of this agreement in connection with its subject matter. “Consequential loss” shall include but not be limited to loss of profit use or goodwill (or similar financial loss), payment made or due to any other person and any loss or damage caused by delay in the performance of any obligation, together with any expenses incurred by the Customer in connection therewith, arising therefrom or incurred in mitigation or attempted mitigation of such loss or damage.
    5. The Warranty provided is a limited warranty and does not apply to:
      1. Conditions resulting from the improper use of the Products or the operation of the Products outside any specified environmental conditions.
      2. Conditions resulting from causes external to Products after delivery.
      3. Conditions resulting from modifications to the Products other than modifications notified and agreed to by Carevets.
  5. General
    1. These standard terms and conditions are the full agreement between Carevets and the Customer.
    2. The Customer may not, vary or replace the contract.
    3. To be effective, any waiver of any or all of these terms and conditions by Carevets must be in writing.
    4. The Customer may not assign all or any of its rights or obligations under the contract without the prior written consent of Carevets.
    5. Carevets is not bound by any error or omission on any invoice, order form or other document or statement issued by Carevets.
    6. The contract between Carevets and the Customer is governed by the laws of New Zealand.



  • Shipping time depends upon location.
  • New Zealand Delivery can take 3 to 6 business days.
  • You should let us know when you place your order if there are any urgent items.
  • We will notify you within 48 hours if there is any expected delay with your order.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

We are not responsible for any loss caused by the parcel going missing. Should your parcel go missing we will do our very best to locate the parcel. We will keep in contact with you throughout the claims process.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their address is correct after placing their order online. Please check your e-mail confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation after you place an order, you may log in to your account and go to “My Account” then view your pending order. Alternatively, please contact us as soon as possible. It is essential to check that the address listed is correct.
