Starting out in motor racing is a tricky business. In fact, just raising the money to buy a car, let alone run it is a massive task and a huge undertaking.

With many drivers, having the skills is not always the problem to making that first step. CareVets will support two young drivers as they move into mainstream national motorsport by supporting and mentoring them through their first season of competition in the Toyota 86 Championship using a full back up support and mostly funded racing programme.

All participants must be between the ages of 15 – 25 years. The aim is to ensure that a pure star can be found and nurtured through the course of the year.

The focus is not only on year one but it is also on the future. The CareVets Scholarship will give drivers the tools to visualize, plan and work towards their ultimate goal as a professional racing driver.
