Charisa is currently completing her Diploma in Veterinary Nursing. While this is her first year working in the veterinary industry, she has previously gained experience as an equine veterinary nurse assistant.

She enjoys the collaborative nature of veterinary work and being part of a team dedicated to helping animals live healthier, happier lives. Charisa is passionate about continuous learning and enjoys supporting owners to better understand their pets’ health and care.

She finds particular interest in diagnostic work and laboratory testing, especially the process of investigating “mystery” hospital cases and uncovering what may be happening within a patient’s system.

Outside of work, Charisa enjoys horse riding through the forest, archery, gardening, and baking.
