Refund and Disputes Policy

This is a donation gateway and as such feel that any donations are given willingly, however, if an error of donation has been made please contact the customer service contacts below with the full details.

Any decision of the Trust will be binding on both parties.

All disputes will be placed before a Mediator of mutual agreement, failing that a member of the Local District Law Society, Hamilton will be appointed.

Their decision will be binding and non-appealable.

Costs for the mediation shall be shared equally among all parties.
