Dr Gareth Dunkerley brings over 25 years of experience in companion animal emergency and general practice. He has a particular interest in diagnostic imaging and internal medicine and is passionate about delivering high-quality care to his patients.

After selling his veterinary practices in Ponsonby and Herne Bay, Gareth moved to the Franklin region to enjoy a more rural lifestyle. Outside of work, he has a passion for breeding showjumpers and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his two dogs. He also loves travelling, particularly to remote and unique destinations.
